Paul Franklin Byers

Paul Franklin Byers, age 81, of Car Farm Road in Lincolnton, died on Thursday, March 12, 2020.
His funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2020, at Redeemed Baptist Church with Rev. Alan Wheeler officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1:00 until 1:45 at the church.
Mr. Byers was born December 17, 1938, in Lincoln County, to the late Clyde and Mary Ledford Byers. He worked in construction.
He is survived by two sisters, Kay Thornburg (Tim), and Irene Martin, both of Lincolnton; two brothers, James Byers (Janice) and Timmie Byers, both of Lincolnton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Redeemed Baptist Church, PO Box 1588, Lincolnton, NC 28093.
