Clarissa Metts Hill, age 54, of Springdale Park Drive in Lincolnton, died on Monday, January 20, 2020.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 22, 2020, in Hollybrook Cemetery with Apostle Delphine Moore and Pastor Kenneth Ramseur officiating.
Clarissa was born April 1, 1965, in Lincoln County, to Carieta Metts and the late Jimmy Kirkland. She worked for over twenty years at Gaston College.
She is survived by her husband, Barry Hill of the home; daughter, Morrise Metts of Newton; son, Dustin Metts of Newton; daughter, Kyona Hill of Shelby; son, Demorrse Duff of Gastonia; two grandchildren, Sabur Mannsur and Brysin Bailey Metts; sister, June Washington; brother, Archibald Metts; mother, Carieta Metts; and numerous nieces and nephews.
