Paul James Lovelace

Paul James Lovelace, age 78, of Tin Mine Road in Lincolnton, died on Wednesday, January 15, 2020.
His funeral service will be held 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 18, 2020, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Ingle officiating. Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 17, 2020, at Warlick Funeral Home.
Paul was born December 30, 1941, in Rutherford County, to the late Sam and Sarah White Lovelace. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Lovelace. He worked for JP Stevens.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Jo Lovelace of the home; two sons, Gary Lovelace and Mark Lovelace, both of Lincolnton; a brother, Boyd Lovelace of Lincolnton; a sister, Shirley Rogers of Lincolnton; four grandchildren, Trey, Kristin, Little Mark, and Margo; and five great-grandchildren, Hailey King, Tyler James King, Adaleigh Baxter, Olivia Brooke Lovelace, and Logan Adam Lovelace.
