Hazeleen Hayes Ford, age 89, passed from this life on Tuesday, April 30, 2019, in Port Orange, Florida.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2019, in the Hollybrook Cemetery.
Mrs. Ford was born in Cherryville, North Carolina, to the late Ray and Lila Sneed Hayes. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Joe W. Ford, and a son, Greg Ford. The Fords were self-employed at Rocky Ford Hatchery in Lincolnton.
She is survived by her daughter, Robin Latno, and husband Art; and grandchildren, Dallas Barker, Tyler Barker, and Madison McMackin.
Memorials may be made to Halifax Health Hospice, 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange, FL 32129.
