Ricky was born September 14, 1956, in Cleveland County, to Margie Lovelace Parker and the late A.C. Parker. He worked in construction.
He is survived by his mother, Margie Lovelace Ramsey of the home; sisters, Linda Elliott and Susan McCarthy; and brothers, Dennis Parker, Tony Parker, and A.C. Parker Jr.
