Steve Allen McKendree

Mr. Steve Allen McKendree, age 66, of L.R. Schronce Lane in Iron Station, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2019.
His funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Ingle officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday prior to the service at Warlick Funeral Home. Burial will be at Black Mountain Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
Mr. McKendree was born April 24, 1952 in Cabell County, West Virginia to the late Velma Bledsoe Looney. Mr. McKendree was a veteran of the United States Army having served during the Vietnam War. He was retired.
Survivors include his wife, Amy Ruth Smallridge McKendree of the home; one son, Nicholas McKendree and wife Keeley of Lincolnton; three brothers, Dwain McKendree of Huntington, WV, Bill McKendree of Barboursville, WV, Ricky Looney of Huntington, WV; one sister, Robin Looney of Huntington, WV.
