Mary Alice Little Sigmon
( November 11, 1925 - February 21, 2019 )
Mary Alice Little Sigmon, age 93, of St. James Church Road in Denver, died on Thursday, February 21, 2019.
Her funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 24, 2019, at Denver United Methodist Church with Rev. Tim Killian and Rev. Steve Autrey officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 3:00 until 3:45 p.m. at Denver United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Sigmon was born November 11, 1925, in Lincoln County, to the late Lester and Bertie Mae Lineberger Little. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul Wesley Sigmon. She worked for Duke Power as an administrative assistant.
She is survived by two daughters, Kay Bates and Paula Earnhardt, both of Denver; a brother, John Little (Ruth) of Lincolnton; four grandchildren, Maria Gibson of Denver, Wesley Earnhardt (Katharine) of Brooklyn, NY, Rick Earnhardt (Beth) of Denver, and Alison Earnhardt of Lincoln, NE; and seven great-grandchildren, Jessica Rhodes (Ashley) of Iron Station, Austin Harris (Brittney) of Lincolnton, Byron Jenkins of Denver, Ava Earnhardt of NY, Lina Earnhardt of NY, Littie Earnhardt of Denver, and Halle Earnhardt of Denver.
Memorials may be made to Denver United Methodist Church, PO Box 661, Denver, NC 28037.
