Michelle Yissell Venegas, age 46, of Hickory Nut Lane in Lincolnton, died on Thursday, December 13, 2018.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 18, 2018, at Denver Baptist Church with Pastor Ken Furches officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Michelle was born August 7, 1972, in Tijuana, Mexico, to Carmen Alcantar. She was a translator and daycare teacher at Denver Baptist Church.
She is survived by her mother, Carmen Alcantar of Lincolnton; two daughters, Myrella Venegas and Mylena Venegas, both of Lincolnton; brothers, Joseph Alcantar of Mooresville, Del Nelms of Concord, and Earle Wallace of Dunn; brother-in-law, Ryan Nelms (Del) of Concord; sisters-in-law, Carrie Howard (Joseph) of Mooresville and Megan Rimmer (Earle) of Dunn; father of her children, Brooks Williams of Charlotte; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
