Webb Harmon Jenkins

Webb Harmon Jenkins, age 78, of 764 Mosteller Lane in Lincolnton, died on Wednesday, November 14, 2018.
His funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 17, 2018, at Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church with Rev. Eddie Yount and Rev. Bill Bigham officiating. Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 2:45 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Webb was born September 8, 1940, in Gaston County, to the late James and Ada Ross Jenkins. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. He served in the United States Navy.
He is survived by his wife, Claudia Fenwick Jenkins of the home; three daughters, Michelle Palmer (Craig) of Belmont, Cheryl Morris (Gary) of Iron Station, and Kristel Heavner (Brad) of Lincolnton; three sons, Jim Jenkins (Lisa), Steve Jenkins (Pam), and Scott Jenkins (Shelli), all of Lincolnton; a brother Max Jenkins of Lincolnton; a sister, Rachel Laney of Spartanburg, SC; grandchildren, Heather Sapp (Jeremy), Annesa Brewer (Matthew), Todd Palmer (Rachel), Steven Jenkins (Hannah), Bradley Morris (Caitlin), Abigail DiPento (Eddie), John Jenkins, Jimbo Jenkins (Savannah), Sara Jenkins, Noah Jenkins, Brady Heavner, Matthew Heavner, and Cortney Jenkins; and great-grandchildren, Rocco DiPento, Lillie Morris, Maddie Jo Brewer, Jett DiPento, and Cason Sapp.
