Johnny Ray Baker
( January 3, 1947 - October 20, 2018 )
Mr. Johnny Ray Baker, age 71, of Lincolnton, died on Saturday, October 20, 2018.

His funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in Pisgah United Methodist Church Cemetery with military rites.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m.  on Tuesday at Warlick Funeral Home.

Mr. Baker was born January 3, 1947, in Lincoln County, to the late Jack and Virginia Walker Baker.  He was a veteran of the United States Army having served during the Vietnam War.  Mr. Baker was retired from the City of Lincolnton.

He is survived by his wife, Libby Sisk Baker of the home; one daughter, Mandy B. Jones of Huntersville; two brothers, Lee Baker and wife Tammy of Lincolnton and Ronnie Baker and wife Lori of Lincolnton; two grandchildren, Chase and Breleigh Jones of Huntersville; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Wilbur and Frances Guernsey of Newton; special friends, Joe and Sandra Helms of Bessemer City; and pets Gi and Ashley.
