Barry William Anthony, 64, of Riverview Road in Lincolnton, passed away at home on Tuesday, October 9, 2018.
Visitation for family and friends will be held from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. on October 13, 2018, in the Pisgah United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall, 2582 Gastonia Highway, Lincolnton, NC. At other times, the family will be at Barry’s home, 761 High Shoals Road, Lincolnton, NC, 28092.
Born in Gastonia on March 19, 1954, Barry was the youngest son of Dock Thurman Anthony, Jr. and Anne Carpenter Anthony. He was preceded in death by his wife, Reena Willis Anthony; grandparents, Dock and Irene Anthony and Will and Hazel Carpenter.
Left to cherish his memory are his fiancé, Kelly Crisson; parents, Thurman and Anne Anthony; brother, Andy Anthony; daughter, Jessica Barber, and husband Michael; two sons, Dylan Anthony, and wife Kristine, and Rush Anthony; and three grandchildren, Mason, Ridge, and Jocelyn Barber.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts to Lincoln County Christian Ministries, 207 S. Poplar Street, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
