Margaret Ethelene Bumgarner Buff

Margaret Ethelene Bumgarner Buff, age 93 of Lincolnton died on Friday, September 28, 2018. She was born on June 9, 1925 in Lincolnton, NC to the late Floyd and Lillie Bumgarner. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Allen Buff and grandson, Stacey Allen Brown.
Mrs. Buff grew up in Lincolnton where she was known for her generous, loving spirit and her extraordinary gift of hospitality.
She is survived by her daughter Joni Brown of Charlotte, granddaughter Ashton Brown of Charlotte, sister Helen Milstead of Harrisburg, and sister Linda Poole of Lincolnton.
A memorial graveside service and interment will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at Hollybrook Cemetery, Lincolnton, NC. The family will greet friends following the graveside service.
