Vivian Rodriguez Fite

Vivian Rodriguez Fite, age 60, of 634 Victory Grove Church Road in Lincolnton, died on Wednesday, September 12, 2018.
Her funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 13, 2018, at Pisgah United Methodist Church with Dr. Donald Haynes, Rev. Rick Haug, and Rev. Rick Fite officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:45 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Vivian was born October 4, 1957, in Manhattan, New York, to Myrna Rodriguez Aponte and the late Edwin Rodriguez Perez. Vivian was a beloved Spanish teacher for both Lincoln and Cleveland County Schools. Vivian was a devoted wife, mother and most importantly, follower of Jesus Christ.
She is survived by her husband, Rev. Ricky Darryl Fite of the home; two daughters, Valerie Fite Freeman, and Joseph Freeman, of Shelby, and Jacqueline Ingrid Feagin, and husband Thomas Feagin, of Waynesville, MO; her mother, Myrna Rodriguez Aponte of Orlando, FL; a brother, Dr. Edwin Rodriguez, and wife Dr. Glorimar Matta, of Puerto Rico; and four grandchildren, Ava Feagin, Connor Feagin, and Evangeline Feagin, all of Waynesville, MO, and Adaline Freeman of Shelby.
In lieu of flowers, and in Vivian’s Honor, please make a donation to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
