Betty Sue Quinton Ramsey

Betty Sue Quinton Ramsey, age 90, of Cardinal Care in Lincolnton, and formerly of E. Liberty Street, died on Tuesday, April 24, 2018.
Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2018, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tony Matthews officiating. Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 10:45 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Ramsey was born November 17, 1927, in Caldwell County, to the late William Quinton and Ruth Culp Quinton. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, William Wilson Ramsey, and a son, Jimmy Ramsey. She worked as a teacher for North Carolina Public Schools.
She is survived by a son, Tom Ramsey of Lincolnton; two granddaughters, Brittney Ramsey and Tina R. Scronce; and three great-grandchildren.
