Clinton Felix Leatherman, Sr.

Clinton Felix Leatherman, Sr., age 77 of Mull Road in Lincolnton, died on Monday, March 19, 2018.
His funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 22, 2018, at Redeemed Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Wheeler officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The body will lie in state for thirty minutes prior to the service. Visitation will be from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at Warlick Funeral Home.
Mr. Leatherman was born June 19, 1940, in Cleveland County, to the late Pink and Vertie Crotts Leatherman. He worked as a heavy equipment operator.
He is survived by his wife, Faye Mull Leatherman of the home; four sons, Clinton F. Leatherman, Jr. of South Carolina, and Tony Leatherman, Maurice Leatherman and Nathan Leatherman, all of Lincolnton; eight grandchildren, Jonathan Leatherman, Anna Leatherman, Carrie Leatherman, Mandy Randall, Ashley Smith, Lydia Leatherman, Sarah Bosley, and Isaac Leatherman; and six great-grandchildren.
