Sherry Lowman Michael, age 49, of Aurora of Statesville, died on Sunday, March 11, 2018.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14, 2018, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with her cousin, Mr. Eric Duncan leading the service. The family will greet friends following the service.
Sherry was born April 10 1968, in Lincoln County, to Buddy Jackson Lowman, Jr. and Dorothy Duncan Kepley. She worked in textiles.
She is survived by her former husband, Billy Michael, Jr. of Lincolnton; a daughter, Harli Michael Owensby, and husband Chris, of Statesville; her mother, Dorothy Duncan Kepley, and husband Tommy, of Salisbury; her father, Buddy Jackson Lowman, Jr., and wife Carol, of Newton; a sister, Karen Lowman Williams, and David Corey, of Apex; two grandchildren, Cassie Lee Leonhardt and Christian Tyler Pearson, Jr.; two nieces, Lauren and Grace Williams; and a nephew, Matthew Williams.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, 4051 King Wilkinson Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
