Mary Elizabeth Marshall Finger

Mary Elizabeth Marshall Finger, age 90, of Lincolnton, died on Thursday, February 15, 2018.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 19, 2018, at Forest Lawn Cemetery with Rev. Dr. Stanley Spence officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 2:30 p.m. on Monday at Warlick Funeral Home.
Mrs. Finger was born September 27, 1927, in Grayson County, Virginia, to the late Ernest and Pearle Mabe Marshall. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, G. Wayne Finger, and seven siblings.
She is survived by a son, George W. Finger, Jr., and wife Susie, of Pearland, TX; two daughters, Carmel White and Beverly Smith, and husband Terry, all of Lincolnton; four grandchildren, Aubrey Shahriari, and husband Dean, Christopher White, and wife Katie, Ashley Smith, and Abigail Finger; and three great-grandchildren, Morgan, Simon, and Brendan Shahriari.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, 201 Robin Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092, or to Hospice of Lincoln County, 900 Dontia Drive, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
