Mr. Danny Kem Surgeon, age 62, of 3068 Ramseur Street, Lincolnton died Thursday, November 30, 2017.

A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 4, 2017 at Big Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Fairview, Virginia with Rev. Doug Hawkes officiating. The body will be taken to the home at 3:00 p.m. Sunday where the family will receive friends.

Mr. Surgeon was born on August 10, 1955 and was the son of the late Theodore William Surgeon.  He was a retired truck driver.

Mr. Surgeon is survived by two daughters, Brittney Hilton of Iron Station and Danielle Surgeon of Iron Station; his mother, Emma E. Surgeon of Lincolnton; three brothers, Randy Surgeon of Vale, Donald Surgeon of Sevierville, TN and Garry Surgeon of Cherryville; one sister, Darlene Gay of Lincolnton; two grandchildren, Emma Harris and Christian Setzer.
