Robert “Larry” Clyde Keener, Jr., age 64, of Startown Road in Maiden, died on Tuesday, August 22, 2017.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 26, 2017, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bobby Jones officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Larry was born October 23, 1952, in Catawba County, to the late Robert Clyde Keener, Sr. and Lena Watkins Keener. He worked as a painter.
He is survived by a son, Bobby Keener, and wife Shannon, of Lincolnton; siblings, Terry Keener of Clover, SC, Michael Keener, Dean Keener, and Teresa K. Christopher, and husband Gary, and Laddie Korn, and wife Terri, all of Lincolnton; and three grandchildren, Brittany Elizabeth Keener, Tiffany Hedrick Ford, and husband Ray, and Haley Leann Lena Keener.
