Linda Ann Roach Wilkinson

Linda Ann Roach Wilkinson, age 81, of Smith Farm Road in Lincolnton, died on Thursday, August 17, 2017.
Her funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 20, 2017, at Laboratory United Methodist Church with Rev. Alice Day officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:45 until 2:45 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Mrs. Wilkinson was born March 11, 1936, in Lincoln County, to the late Henry Lee Roach and Addie Lynch Roach.
She is survived by her husband, Johnny Everett Wilkinson of the home; a daughter, Donna Hartman, and husband Chuck, of Lincolnton; grandson, Cameron Drew Scronce of Haiphong, Vietnam; Goddaughter, Jeana Heavner, and husband Seth, of Lincolnton; two Godsons, Miles and Griffin Heavner; many numerous loved nieces and nephews; two brothers, Thomas Roach, and wife Erma, and Bill Roach, and wife Debbie, all of Lincolnton; and three sisters, Martha Sigmon, Sandra Huffstetler, and husband Johnny, and Charlotte Lynch, all of Lincolnton.
Memorials may be made to Laboratory United Methodist Church, 2896 Laboratory Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
The family would like to send a special thanks to the staff and nurses at Brian Center of Lincolnton and Carolinas HealthCare System – Lincoln.
