Ruth Ann Ramsey Fowler, age 64, of Circle Drive in Lincolnton, died on Thursday, June 8, 2017.
Mrs. Fowler was born May 22, 1953, in Charleston, West Virginia, to the late Ed Ramsey. In addition, she was also preceded in death by a brother Tom Ramsey, and sister Barbara Nichols. She worked in textiles.
She is survived by her husband, Milton L. Fowler, Sr. of the home; three sons, Brett Conley of Newton, WV, Bart Conley of Lincolnton, and Brent Conley of Looneyville, WV; mother, Eleanor Ramsey; one brother; two sisters; seventeen grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
