Gladys Marie Sain Sain

Gladys Marie Sain Sain, age 86, of 6763 Saintown Road in Vale, died on Sunday, May 14, 2017.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 21, 2017, at Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev. Tommy Lineberger and Rev. Robert Sain officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 20, 2017, at Warlick Funeral Home. Inurnment will take place at a later date.
Mrs. Sain was born October 6, 1930, in Lincoln County, to the late Frank Eugene and Nannie Belle Sain Sain. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Hubert L. Sain; and brother and sister, Ben F. Sain and Rachel S. Wright. She worked as a corporate secretary for Sain & Sain Trucking.
She is survived by two sons, Dr. Larry Sain (Beth), and Tracy Sain, all of Vale; two daughters, Lynn S. Smith (Tommy), and Karen Sain (Renee), all of Vale; grandsons, Andy Sain (Kristina) of Crouse, Jason Sain (Emily) of Cherryville, Thomas Smith (Bethanne) of Vale, and Daniel Smith (Sara) of Vale; one brother, Bobby Sain (Wilma) of Vale; and one sister, Melba Davis of Hickory.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, PO Box 7, Vale, NC 28168.
