Barbara Virginia Abernethy, age 90, of Stanley Total Living Center, died on Monday, December 12, 2016.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 14, 2016, in the Iron Station Cemetery with Rev. Ivan Davis officiating.
Miss Abernethy was born April 3, 1926, to the late Frank E. and Belle Finger Abernethy. She worked in data processing.
She is survived by several cousins.
Memorials may be made to Stanley Total Living Center, 514 Old Mt. Holly Road, Stanley, NC 28164.
