Rodney Michael Chambers, age 64, of Dallas, died on Wednesday, August 3, 2016.
His funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 6, 2016, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim Chambers officiating. Burial will follow in High Shoals Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Rodney was born December 31, 1951, in Lincoln County, to the late Paul and Katie Waddell Chambers. He worked in textiles.
He is survived by two brothers, Jeff Chambers of Lincolnton, and Tim Chambers, and wife Rena, of Lincolnton; one sister, Paulette Lunceford of Charlotte; four nephews, Tony Lunceford, Randall Chambers, Mark Chambers, and Paul Chambers; and three nieces, Jennifer Chambers Meade, Stephanie Lunceford Roseberry, and Alea Chambers.
