Bruce Allen Miles

Mr. Bruce Allen Miles, age 67, of 106 Doris Court in Lincolnton, died on Thursday, June 9, 2016.
His funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14, 2016, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ivan Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, June 13, 2016, at Warlick Funeral Home.
Bruce was born December 23, 1948, in Norwich, NY, to Mary Holmes Miles Howe and the late Ralph Lewis Miles. He worked as an accountant for 44 years and retired from DEB USA. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 137, Lincolnton, and a member of TPA, Gastonia Chapter.
He is survived by his wife, Sue Adams Miles, of the home; two sons, Christopher Miles, and wife Deborah, of South Carolina, and Steven Miles, and wife Kelley, of Lincolnton; a daughter, Angela Miles Cooley of South Carolina; eight grandchildren, Joshua and Jon Miles, Haleigh and Anna Miles, Trey and Jacob Cooley, Laney and Addison Miles; and one sister, Pam Phillips, and husband David, of Minnesota.
Memorials may be made to the Masonic Children’s Home in Oxford, 600 College Street, Oxford, NC 27565.
