Jaylah Kassidy Hart, age 1, 0f 1786 Westridge Lane in Lincolnton died on Saturday, May 28, 2016.

Jaylah was born May 7, 2015 in Mecklenburg County.

There are no services scheduled. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, June 3, 2016 at Warlick Funeral Home.

Jaylah is survived by her parents Silas Edgar Hart III and Kathryn Reep Hart of Lincolnton; paternal grandparents, Silas and Sharon Hart of Lincolnton; maternal grandparents, Ronald and Karen Reep of Lincolnton; and uncle Justin Hart of Lincolnton.

It is a comfort to the family knowing that the tragic loss of their daughter has helped others with the gift of life through Life Shares of the Carolinas.
