Janice Ellen Hensley Womble

Janice Ellen Hensley Womble, age 49, of 1495 Salem Church Road in Lincolnton, died on Friday, May 20, 2016.
Her funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 22, 2016, at David Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. Benjamin Ramsaur officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:30 until 3:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Janice was born April 22, 1967, in Lincoln County, to Jack and Rebecca Smith Hensley. She was preceded in death by a brother, William Hensley, and a sister, Gail Hensley. She worked for Freightliner.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Womble of the home; a son, Jeremy Womble, and wife Nikki, of Lincolnton; a daughter, Jessica Metts, and Ashley, of Gastonia; three brothers, Randy Hensley and Rick Hensley, both of Lincolnton, and Darrell Hensley of Maiden; and three grandchildren, Christian Leonard, Jessah Womble, and Juna Womble.
Memorials may be made to David Memorial Baptist Church, 2533 Country Club Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
