Eunice Ione Arrowood Towery

Eunice Ione Arrowood Towery, age 87, of Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center, died on Saturday, April 2, 2016.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6, 2016, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Harry Caldwell officiating. Burial will follow in Cherryville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at Warlick Funeral Home.
Mrs. Towery was born June 16, 1928, in Cleveland County, to the late Mack and Minnie Mayhew Arrowood. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Raeferd Towery; a son, Johnny Towery; a grandson; a great-grandson; and three brothers.
She is survived by five sons, Glenn R. Towery of Laurinburg, and Bobby L. Towery, Larry F. Towery, and wife Debbie, Jerry C. Towery, and wife Shirley, and Ronnie P. Towery, and wife Kathy, all of Lincolnton; a daughter, Sandra T. Fincannon, and husband Dennis, of Denver; a sister, Ailene Hayes of Cherryville; sixteen grandchildren; thirty-six great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
