Mr. Dewey Wayne “Jud” Turner, age 64, of Highway 73 in Iron Station, died Thursday, March 3, 2016.

Mr. Turner was born August 4, 1951 in Catawba County, to the late Bobby Joe and Donzell Campbell Turner. He was a body shop tech with Volvo Automotive.
Survivors include one son, Tim Turner of Lincolnton; one brother Bobby Joe Turner, Jr. and wife Nita of Lincolnton; one sister, Lana Turner Avery and husband Robert of Crouse; one aunt, Barbara Atkins and husband Adam of Lincolnton; special friend, Cindy Turner and husband, Dion Cannon of Lincolnton; one grandson, Timothy Wayne “T.J.” Turner, Jr., of Lincolnton.
Memorials may be made to Sharon Baptist Church, 2388 Highway 73
