Wilma "Billie" Devine Ridley
( August 21, 1929 - February 16, 2016 )
Wilma “Billie” Devine Ridley, age 86, formerly of 1112 Lower Dallas Road in Dallas, passed away at the Brian Center in Lincolnton on Tuesday, February 16, 2016.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, February 21, 2016, at Forest Lawn Cemetery with Rev. Charlene Hutchings officiating.
Mrs. Ridley was born August 21, 1929, in Lincoln County, to the late Edgar A. and Nora Lineberger Devine. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband Willie C. Ridley, seven sisters, and two brothers. She was retired from Public Service Company of Gastonia as an accountant, and later as secretary to the Board.
She is survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Lincoln County, 900 Dontia Drive, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
