Karen Diane Ankrom Tidd

Mrs. Karen Diane Ankrom Tidd, age 61, of 116 E. Catawba Drive in Mt. Holly, died on Saturday, January 30, 2016.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 2, 2016, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randall Wright officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Monday, February 1, 2016, at Warlick Funeral Home.
Mrs. Tidd was born March 28, 1954 in Chicago Heights, IL to the late Robert and Alice Will Ankrom. She was a maintenance supervisor with Specialty Manufacturing Corporation in Pineville.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Timothy N. Tidd of the home; two sons, Eric Tidd and wife Michelle of Dallas and Timothy Tidd and wife Melissa of Mt. Holly; one daughter, Danielle Clayton and husband Chris of Pittsburgh, PA; four brothers, Michael Ankrom of IL, Gary Ankrom and wife Patricia of Park Forest, IL, Stephen Ankrom and wife Linda of Crown Point, IN, Mark Ankrom and wife Angie of Gastonia; one sister, Deborah Tidd and husband Terry of Iron Station; eight grandchildren, Samantha, Gage, Lars, Jordan, Brooklyn, Brian, Kenneth and Alexis.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Lincoln County, 900 Dontia Drive, Lincolnton, NC 28092 or to Fellowship Baptist Church, 2891 Long Circle, Iron Station, NC 28080.
