Mr. William Frank Newton, age 74, of Landers Church Road in Lincolnton, died on Monday, October 19, 2015.
Services will be private.
Mr. Newton was born April 28, 1941, in Washington, DC, to the late Clayton and Gladys Eaker Newton. He was a consultant for government programs.
He is survived by his companion, Joyce Newton of Lincolnton; four sons, Frankie Newton of Lincolnton, Tad Newton of Buford, GA, Louie Newton and Ricky Newton, both of Atlanta, GA; a brother, John Newton of Cummings, GA; three sisters, JoAnne Gilroy, Arleen Newton, and Jeanie Smith, all of Cummings, GA; twelve grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be private.
