Betty Lou Collins Lackey, age 82, of Cardinal Care, and formerly of Boy Scout Road in Lincolnton, died on Sunday, October 18, 2015.
Services will be private.
Mrs. Lackey was born August 4, 1933, in Lincoln County, to the late Issac L. and Kate Pack Collins. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lackey, and two sons, Fred Dean and Eddie Dean. She worked in textiles.
She is survived by two sons, Floyd Dean and wife Brenda of Lincolnton, and Terry Dean and wife Lisa of Gaffney, SC; eight grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Services will be private.
