Henry Lee Sigmon

Henry Lee Sigmon, age 91, of Reepsville Road in Lincolnton, died on Tuesday, September 29, 2015.
His funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2015, at Daniels Lutheran Church with Rev. Dave Fox officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 until 11:45 a.m. prior to the service at the church.
Mr. Sigmon was born January 16, 1924, in Lincoln County, to the late Earl and Rosa Belle Quickle Sigmon. He was a manufacturing engineer in textiles.
He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Ruth Ledford Sigmon of the home; a son, Robert Sigmon and wife Ethel of Lincolnton; two grandsons, Eric Sigmon and Todd Sigmon and wife Cathy, all of Lincolnton; and five great-grandchildren, Josh, Jason, Amber, Matthew, and Jessica.
Memorials may be made to Daniels Lutheran Church, 3170 Reepsville Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
