Sue Avis Ballard, age 79, of Roy Ballard Street in Denver died Sunday, September 13, 2015.
Her funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at Amity Baptist Church with Rev. Jeff Kincaid and Rev. Larry Little officiating. Burial will follow at the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Mrs. Ballard was born May 10, 1936 in Lincoln County to the late Roy and Artie Ballard Ballard. Mrs. Ballard retired from Mohican Mills.
She is survived by a son; Garon Ballard and wife Lisa of Maiden, two grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Amity Baptist Church, 881 Amity Church Road, Denver, NC 28037.
