Mr. William Ashley Lambert, age 23 of 1114 Fallston Road in Shelby died on Wednesday, September 9, 2015.
There will be two services held for Mr. Lambert.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 14, 2015, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends on Monday from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at Warlick Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2015 beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the Knights of Pythia Hall in Cherryville.
Mr. Lambert was born May 8, 1992 in Virginia Beach, VA to William D. Lambert and Jennifer Fricks Dockery. He worked as a handyman.
Survivors include his father and stepmother, William D. Lambert and wife Bridjette of Clarksville, TN; mother and stepfather, Jennifer Fricks Dockery and husband Martin of Shelby; step-father, Joe Rice of Black Mountain, step-mother,Cynthia Howell of Black Mountain; brothers, Darden Rice and Gabriel Rice of Shelby, Brendon Michael Lambert of Warren, OH, Orion Lambert of Clarksville, TN and sisters, Savannah Rice of Wilmington, NC and Hayle Lambert of Clarksville, TN; two stepbrothers, Brandon Dockery of Shelby and Joseph Rice of Black Mountain; paternal grandparents, Hubert and Carol Lambert of Lincolnton; maternal grandfather Michael Fricks and wife Beth of Charlotte, NC; maternal grandmother, Jo Garner and husband Pete of Toccoa, GA.
