Juanita Brown Seagle
( June 16, 1925 - September 7, 2015 )
Juanita Brown Seagle, age 90, of Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center, and formerly of Rhodes Rhyne Road in Lincolnton, died on Monday, September 7, 2015.
Her funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 10, 2015, at Pisgah United Methodist Church with Rev. David J. Duncan officiating. Burial will follow in the Pisgah United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 2:45 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Juanita was born June 16, 1925, in Lincoln County, to the late Fred and Florence Burton Brown. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband Charley Hoover Seagle, a son Jerry Seagle, a daughter Jane Seagle, and brother Wilson David “Dub” Brown. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by a son, Steve Seagle and wife Kathy of Bessemer City; and three daughters, Judy S. Faulkner and husband Perry of Lincolnton, Charlotte S. Heavner and husband Carroll of Lincolnton, and Susie Iler and friend Tony Houser of Vale; eleven grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Pisgah United Methodist Church, 2582 Gastonia Highway, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
