Pamela Swanson Flynn

Pamela Swanson Flynn, age 67, of Carolina Care in Cherryville, and formerly of 5388 E. Highway 27 in Iron Station, died on Monday, August 31, 2015.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2015, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim Walker officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Gardens in Mt. Holly. The family will receive friends from 12:45 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Flynn was born January 10, 1948, in Gaston County, to the late Alfred Daniel and Mary Idell McManus Swanson. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, George Flynn. She worked as a patient care tech at CMC-Lincoln.
She is survived by two daughters, Wendy Pennell and husband Stephen of Harrisburg and Dana Ayers and husband Phillip of Lincolnton; four grandchildren, Josh Alexander, Emily Alexander, Allison Pennell, and Truman Ayers.
