Thyara Christine Williams, age 57, of 3360 Eaker Road in Cherryville, died on Friday, July 31, 2015.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2015, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2015, at Warlick Funeral Home.
Miss Williams was born September 24, 1957, in Gaston County, to the late Frank and Margie Norgan Whaley Williams. She worked as an inspector in textiles.
She is survived by five sons, John Ross Williams of Lincolnton, Christopher Lee Williams of Cherryville, Mike Allen Williams of Maiden, Daniel Lee Williams of Cherryville, Justin Ryan Williams of Cherryville; three sisters, Betty Ann Hager of Sherrills Ford, Myra Revels of Dallas, and Rhonda Elliott of Tennessee; two brothers, Frank Williams of Stanley and Charles Franz of Cherryville; and seven grandchildren.
