Carolyn Ann Smith Hoyle

Carolyn Ann Smith Hoyle, age 78, of 7337 Reeps Grove Church Road in Vale, died on Thursday, July 9, 2015.
Her funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 12, 2015, at Reeps Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Travis Allshouse officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:15 until 2:45 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Mrs. Hoyle was born October 5, 1936, in Lincoln County, to the late William Marshall and Annie Merle Hollar Smith. She was a homemaker and also worked beside of her husband for many years in the family dairy business.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Hoyle of the home; a daughter, Sherry Hoyle of Lincolnton; and a son, Dennis Hoyle and wife, Vicky of Vale and two grandchildren, Rosa Hoyle and Alexandra Hoyle.
