Timothy Alan Roberson
( June 14, 1960 - June 7, 2015 )
Mr. Timothy Alan Roberson, age 54, of 705 Dogwood Drive, Lincolnton, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2015.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at 6:00 pm at the Blazing Trails Cowboy Church, 1222 Ponderosa Road, Lincolnton, NC, with the Rev. Harvey Gates officiating. Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery in Lincolnton. The family will receive friends at the church from 4:00 until 5:45 pm prior to the service.
Mr. Roberson was a native of Gaston county, born on June 14, 1960, son of the late George Roberson and Linda Heavner Huss. Mr. Roberson worked as a braze welder before becoming disabled.
Survivors include his wife, Summer, of the home; one son, Cody Roberson and wife Katelyn of Maryland; one brother, Mitch Roberson of Lincolnton; three sisters, Renada Tucker and husband Ken of Iron Station, Mardecia Chatham and husband Mike of Rutherfordton, and Sherree Stroud and husband Kelly of Lincolnton; two granddaughters, Karoline and Ila Roberson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wounded Warriors Project, 1990 Fordham Drive, Suite 100, Fayetteville, NC 28304.
