She is survived by her husband, Steven Horne of the home; her mother, Arline Gayhart of Cincinnati; a stepson, Johnathan Horne of Mooresville; two stepdaughters, Amanda Jones of Statesville and Jessica Horne of Lincolnton; a brother, Earl Brewster of Nashville, TN; and four sisters, Carolyn Coomes, Adele Bowen, Maureen Fields, and Kristy Duckett, all of Cincinnati, OH.
