Mrs. Camilla Laney Davidson, age 68 of 664 South Grove Street, Lincolnton, NC passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2015.
A service to honor this wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to all will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Rhyne Heights United Methodist Church, 520 Madison Street, Lincolnton, NC, with Pastor Kathy McAbee officiating. Burial will take place privately at Hollybrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:30 until 11:45 a.m. Saturday, May 16, 2015 at the church prior to the service.
Camilla was the daughter of the late Calvin and Alice (Peach) Eurey Laney and David Eurey and Hettie Beal Eurey.
Survivors include her husband, Paul Ray Davidson of the home. Daughters Crystal Hallman Huss and husband Ted of Lincolnton and Michelle Hallman McLaughlin and husband Larry of Lincolnton. Granddaughters, Kristin Huss, Candace Huss, Cheyenne Huss, Brandie McLaughlin Scott and husband Josh all of Lincolnton. Great-grandchildren Jaden Scott and Joshua (JJ) Andrew Scott, Jr. of Lincolnton. Sisters, Cecelia Laney Haynes and husband Paul of Lincolnton, Patricia Laney Bridges and husband Jack of Gastonia, Wanda Laney Siler of Myrtle Beach, SC and Marsha (Tinker) Laney Davis and husband Scott of Sherrills Ford, NC. Brothers, Corwin Eurey and wife Denise and Ray Eurey all of Lincolnton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Store House at Rhyne Heights United Methodist Church, 520 Madison Street, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
