Jimmy Finton Houser
( February 19, 1935 - April 24, 2015 )
Mr. Jimmy Finton Houser, age 80, of 212 McGee Road, Lincolnton died Friday, April 24, 2015.
His funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 27, 2015 at Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church with Rev. Ken Jones and Rev. Bud Painter officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Lincolnton. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. Monday prior to the service at Lincoln Avenue Baptist Church.
Mr. Houser was born on February 19, 1935 in Lincoln County and was the son of the late Claude Houser and Darcus Crowder Houser. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Sue Kimmer Houser, one son, Shannon Houser and a grandson, Joshua Greene. Mr. Houser was the owner of Houser Cabinets.
He is survived by two sons, Randy Houser of Lincolnton and Tim Houser of Lincolnton; two daughters, Vickie Greene of Kings Mountain and Sheila Early of Lincolnton; two sisters, Shirley Jenkins of Lincolnton and Bernice McGee of Lincolnton; six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Lincoln County, 900 Dontia Drive, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
