John Alexander Harrill

Mr. John Alexander Harrill, age 82 of 257 Hill Road, Lincolnton died on Friday, February 27, 2015.
His funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. March 1, 2015 in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Walker officiating. Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. on Sunday prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Harrill was born on October 9, 1932 in Lincoln County to the late William Paul and Verona Hovis Harrill. He was co-owner of Lincoln Barbershop for many years.
He is survived by his wife, Joann Dellinger Harrill of the home; one son, Charles “Allen” Stevens and wife Jane of Vale; one granddaughter, Amanda Bartlett and husband Chad of Gastonia; one grandson, Jeffrey Lee Stevens and wife Emily of Iron Station; four great grandchildren, Joseph Lee Stevens, Hunter Lee Stevens, Jake Bartlett and Ella Bartlett.
