Candace Elizabeth Gardo

Candace Elizabeth Gardo, age 32, of 2156 Dean Lane in Lincolnton, died on Tuesday, February 24, 2015.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2015, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church with Pastor Chad Walker officiating. Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
Candace was born February 10, 1983, in Lincoln county, to Keith Gardo and Elizabeth Garrison. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Ken Gardo and Thomas W. Garrison, and a grandmother Sarah Hovis Garrison. Candace worked as an assistant manager at Southside Store.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Finger of the home; her father, Keith Gardo of Cherryville; her mother, Elizabeth Garrison of Lincolnton; two sons, Skyler Leonard and Jaden Leonard, both of Lincolnton; a half-brother, Brian Gardo of Lincolnton; two half-sisters, Laura Gardo of Cherryville and Sierra Garrison of Lincolnton; and her grandmother, Peggy Gardo of Cherryville.
Memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 7506 E. Independence Blvd., Suite 120, Charlotte, NC 28227.
