Gary Dean Shrum

Mr. Gary Dean Shrum, age 61, of 2296 Buffalo Shoals Road in Lincolnton, died on Saturday, February 21, 2015.
His funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 27, 2015, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Shrum officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Shrum was born October 20, 1953, in Lincoln county, to the late H. David and Frances Richards Shrum. He served in the United States Navy.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Mather Shrum of the home; three brothers, David Shrum of Lincolnton, Paul E. Shrum of Raleigh, and Alvin G. Shrum of Lake Murray, SC; and one sister, Brenda Shrum Buchanan of Winston-Salem.
