Frederick "Fred" Atkinson Myrick

Mr. Frederick “Fred” Atkinson Myrick, age 85, of Linwood Drive in Lincolnton, died on Thursday, February 5, 2015.
His funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 7, 2015, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Phillip Cole officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 10:45 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Myrick was born May 22, 1929, in Greenville, NC, to the late George Harold and Louise Atkinson Myrick. He worked as an actuary at First National Bank.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia “Jimmie” Coley Myrick of the home; a sister, Carrie Woodall of Richmond, VA; and many loving nephews.
