Dorothy Mayeux Lobell

Dorothy Mayeux Lobell, age 74, of Vale, died on Tuesday, February 3, 2015.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 7, 2015, at St. Dorothy’s Catholic Church with Father David Miller officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:00 until 10:00 a.m. on Saturday prior to the service.
Mrs. Lobell was born January 21, 1941, in Avoyelles Parish, LA, to the late Leo and Doris Deselle Mayeux. She worked in customer service.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald Lobell of the home; two sons, John Harmon of Pennsylvania and Michael Harmon of Louisiana; three stepdaughters, Deanna Lobell Harkey of Vale; Dawn Lobell McCain of Mint Hill, NC, and Shauna Lobell of Georgia; one brother, L.J. Mayeux of Georgia; a nephew, Steven Mayeux; thirteen grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Memorials may be made to St. Dorothy’s Catholic Church, 148 St. Dorothy’s Lane, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
