Mrs. Velvia Doris Bost Clark, age 81 of Lincolnton died on Sunday, November 30, 2014.

A graveside service will be held 1:00 pm on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at Hollybrook Cemetery with Rev. Darrell Bost officiating. The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery.

Mrs. Clark was born January 8, 1933 in Lincoln County to the late Paul and Ruth Owens Bost. She was retired from the furniture industry.

Survivors include two daughters, Cheryl Holly Bradley of Lenoir and Vicki Carpenter and husband David of Lincolnton; one brother, Rev. Darrell Bost and wife Jane of Cherryville; one sister, Freeda Marley of Vale; three grandchildren, Michelle Matthews and husband Randy of Morehead City, Jason Carpenter of Lincolnton and Cody Carpenter of Japan; two great grandchildren.
